Upon completion, the next step is to schedule a Zoom/video interview call (about 20-30 minutes). Responsibilities:• Client Advisory (Spend 75% of your time): Guide clients through the estate planning process, educating them on their options and creating customized plans tailored to their needs.• Client Onboarding (20% of your time): Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, setting the stage for a long-lasting relationship.• Process Improvement (5% of your time): Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client experience. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales/business development role and have sold B2C in a past role. • Desire: to work from home in a fully remote setting talking on the phone/zoom 75% of the day. • Passion: A genuine passion for helping clients navigate their estate planning needs and achieve their financial goals.• Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a supportive team environment.• Spanish speakers (Bilingual) are preferred but not required.
