We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who is looking to develop within Rotary Watches Ltd. You will be a motivated and meticulous person who understands the intricacies of the client journey. This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer journey and that all clients are responded to in a timely, articulate and faultless manner. This is a fast-paced role that requires an individual who is not only organised, but also an excellent communicator who understands their role as a representative of Rotary Watches. Main Duties and Responsibility Managing a high number of customer accounts and ensuring an even spread of calls across the area as per agreed plan Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and help develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Maintain a comprehensive database of customer accounts and watch displays across designated location Maintaining a minimum of 6 quality.
