Business Development Lead Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: FTE Salary: 100K base+ performance bonus+stock options Key Responsibilities Business Development: Drive coffee shop site selection and contracting to meet our machine installation targets Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage local teams in business development, operations, and marketing. Strategic Expansion: Execute plans for market entry and growth, supporting our global expansion strategy. Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in English and Chinese. ( For Business Need ) Exceptional problem-solving and coordination abilities; able to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to challenges. Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and willingness to travel. Passion for FMCG and retail; knowledge of global market trends is a plus. Bachelor ’ s or Master ’ s degree, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in business development or related fields.
