This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business by aligning IT solutions with business strategies. As a Business Architect, you will work closely with various teams to ensure our processes support our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, drive business innovation, and make a real impact on the organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define business needs Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business, including its processes, systems, and strategies. Identify opportunities for business improvement and propose IT solutions to meet these needs. Lead the planning and execution of business and IT initiatives. Work with the IT team to design and implement IT systems that align with business strategies. Prepare and present reports on the progress of IT initiatives to key stakeholders. Stay current with the latest technology trends and innovations and assess their potential impact on the business.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Certified Business Architect (CBA) or similar preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems. Proven experience in planning and deploying business and IT initiatives. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools. A certification in Business Architecture or related field would be an added advantage.
