Business Analyst with Security Clearance

Gridiron IT is seeking a Business Analyst to support a federal program in Washington, DC. The Business Analyst for our production support team may provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements. Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve end user issues to ensure continuity of business operations Responsible for the overall management of specific task assignments, ensuring that the technical solutions and assigned schedules are promptly completed. Provide the client technical support, over the phone/Skype and email. Provide end user training on use of new and legacy applications High level of written communication and documentation skills Document solutions clearly and accurately so that resolutions are pushed to the lowest level. Documents and tracks customer incidents and requests, updating troubleshooting and resolution efforts, and efficiently escalating tickets to appropriate teams when applicable Is responsible for receiving and tracking the trouble tickets, assigns them to a technical specialist (could be themselves or someone else) for action and ensures that their tickets are resolved, and closed out with the customer and in the system. Requirements: Active Top-Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of experience in IT Production support or Business Analyst role Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills Preferred Experience: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow) Experience working on an Agile team (kanban or scrum) Compensation Range: $55,000 - $95,000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
