A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Claims) to analyze complex business problems and provide insights to decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Analyze business workflows and system needs to ensure compliance with regulations Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic recommendations Prepare user documentation and training materials as needed Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of business analysis experience 4+ years of managed care experience Familiarity with concepts and practices related to business analysis Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
