JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for the documentation, and backssment of company-wide processes, and the identification of process and technology improvements. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions, both to improve business processes and the design and use of information systems. Document as-is and to-be business processes following consultation with SME's, highlighting performance opportunities which align with business strategy. Collect feedback from stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness of processes to identify areas for further optimization and enhancement Facilitate the definition of future project scope, critical success factors,.
