A company is looking for a Bursar Manager responsible for reconciling student payments and overseeing related functions. Key Responsibilities Supervise all bursar functions and personnel, providing coaching and mentorship Ensure high levels of customer service during the billing and collections process Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and respond to student inquiries Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2-5+ years of leadership experience in a bursar, financial aid, or student accounting office Preferred experience with Campus Nexus/Anthology student information system Preferred experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Able to diffuse difficult student/customer issues
