Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: $23.00 Hourly, for 37.50 Hours per week Available positions:1Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Location:4620 Earles St, Vancouver, BC, V5R 3R2Education: No formal education is required. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is required. Languages: Oral and Written English is required Duties: - Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electricalsystems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment- Respond to requests from residents for minor repairs- Perform daily inspections on the building systems- Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters andplumbers- Coordinate the preparation of housing units prior to the arrival of new residents Employer: Alliance Maintenance Ltd.
