As a Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and maintaining various building systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality in my clients portfolio. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional maintenance services for commercial properties in a specific locality. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, efficient, and comfortable environments for our valued clients. Mon: Fri Static Engineer : 3 commercial buildings Kings Cross, London GBP48,000 per annum + standby allowance Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and backssments of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise system failures and ensure uninterrupted operations. Identify and troubleshoot issues in building systems, providing timely and effective solutions. Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks carried out by technicians and external contractors. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans. Stay up: to: date with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulations related to building services maintenance. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations in all maintenance activities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Building Services Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a commercial setting. In: depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
