A non-profit organization is offering an immediate position for a Building Maintenance Technician. You will be traveling, sometimes daily, between several local facilities. Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday with possible overtime available.Responsibilities:Hang drywallInstall cabinets and garbage disposalsHandle daily work ordersPerform other maintenance repairs throughout the facility Qualifications:Must have at least 3 years building maintenance experience in a multi-tenant housing complexMust have own reliable transportationMust have own basic tools and have a cell phoneMust have an upbeat and friendly personalityMust be dependable and able to keep up with a busy schedule Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check will be considered.
