You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software• Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role About Company: Across from the University of Delaware, this all-suite hotel offers spacious 2-room suites, along with many free and modern amenities, including free WIFI, evening reception, and free parking.
