Description:
Responsibilities Processes Assist with helping to ensure all building systems are being operated safely, efficiently, and as originally intended. Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to building systems and equipment. Complete all service requests in a timely manner. Self-initiate service requests as needed. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Work with vendors and contractors within the building. Trouble-shooting and repairs of building systems. Monitor all building systems. Respond to 24-hour emergency calls as required. Carry mobile phone as required for on-call duty. Assists in the maintenance of inventory as needed for cost effective operations. Prepare reports and documentation as required. Other duties as assigned.
