A company is looking for a Brokerage Sales Director to develop and maintain relationships with downline agencies and key partners while focusing on national sales targets. Key Responsibilities Drive internal and external sales and growth nationally Assess relationships and provide coaching and support to partners and associates Develop external market and national engagement and sales strategies in coordination with sales and operations teams Required Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience 2+ years of experience in Medicare/insurance distribution 2+ years of experience working with business partners/brokers Active Health & Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days
