Server - Fine Dining Want to serve made-from-scratch food you can be proud of? Breakfast server's compensation averages $13-18/hour. Breakfast shifts run approximately 7:30 am-12:00 pm daily Want to work with people who are happy and enjoy their job? Take tips home each day! Since we schedule servers based on our reservations, there is no getting cut when it is slow! Responsibilities:• Provide excellent customer service to all guests• Greet, seat, and serve guests• Take orders and make drinks• Clear your tables and re-set them• Communicate with the kitchen regarding all guest needs including but not limited to food allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests• Work with the server team to ensure proper cleanliness of the restaurant and server area• At times help with dishes• Have a great attitude and a smile at all times! Qualifications:• Must be able to pass a criminal background check• Friendly, outgoing personality• Committed to giving excellent customer service to every guest• Willingness to learn• Ability to follow instructions and use good judgment• Communicate effectively with fellow staff and guests Compensation: $13 - $18 hourly About Company: Our company has been in operation for 37 years.
