Our Brand Marketing Representatives continue to be the point of contact for our customer accounts. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with each of our customers to bolster ROI and revenue. Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Brand Marketing Representatives. Since the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at entry-level, but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. If you have a student mentality, drive to grow from the entry-level, and are passionate about working with others, this job is for you! Brand Marketing Representative Responsibilities : Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of services Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service Negotiate inquiries with precision, while overturning any additional customer objections Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other team members Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges What We Are Looking For In Our Next Brand Marketing Representative : A High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representatives and customers #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
