Job Title: Branch ManagerReports to: VP of OperationsGENERAL DESCRIPTIONManage branch location activities including product distribution, warehousing, customer service and sales. Insure management results meet or exceed profit margin and other established branch goals and objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee efficient routing and delivery of customer products according to location, need and urgency. Monitor and insure completion of periodic vehicle maintenance. Oversee general building and grounds maintenance. Supervise and assist with inside sales activities involving orders, pricing and overall customer service. Maintain accurate and required cylinder and hard goods inventory. Interface with purchasing on inventory or product ordering requirements. Coordinate customer cylinder audits, resolve usage problems or discrepancies through effective negotiating and customer communications. Provide product demonstrations for customers. Provide counsel and assistance on Customer needs or product application issues. Interface and follow-up with customers on accounts receivable issues as needed. Insure following of safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, DOT,etc. guidelines. Assign team members specific work objectives and effectively plan branch operations. Complete the necessary recruiting, hiring, training, counseling of team members. Assist with such other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assign branch employees specific work objectives and job responsibilities.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
