A company is looking for a BPO Operations Manager to oversee offshore vendor partnerships for their Member and Provider Services teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen partnerships with BPO organizations to implement best practices Track and implement production management strategies to enhance member and provider experiences Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives through data analysis Required Qualifications 4+ years of Production Management experience Experience in BPO or Call Center environments 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment 3+ years of experience using data and metrics for root cause analysis Experience with vendor management or offshore partnerships
