We’re searching for an experienced bookkeeper to oversee all financial aspects of our growing law firm. We’re looking for someone who is very organized, has great time management skills and is an accounting wizard. The successful applicant will have experience as a bookkeeper, a problem-solving attitude, and great communication skills. Please start your application today if this sounds like a job for you! The successful applicant will enjoy: • Working with numbers• Creating and working with spreadsheets• Organizing data• Working with Excel, Word, and Quickbooks, MacOS, Numbers, and Pages Responsibilities:• Accurate recording of all day-to-day financial transactions of our company• Prepare financial reports• Set up new client and associated financial details in our practice management and accounting systems• Tracking of client's payments into our accounting system• Preparing bank deposits, thorough reporting of banking transactions• Bank reconciliations• Daily balance reporting for client Trust accounting• Process accounts receivable and payable• Check writing• Managing invoices and tax payments• On-time bill payment Qualifications: • Excellent problem solving, analytical, organization and communication skills are needed• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks Compensation: $35,000 yearly + bonus opportunities About Company: At Roth Elder Law, PLLC we are a boutique law firm that limits its practice to Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Estate & Trust Administration.
