A company is looking for a Booking Coordinator (HHG Military Move). Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between agents, haulers, customers, and other departments Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns between partners and customers Maintain records of interactions and provide feedback on the moving process efficiency Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 1+ year of operations experience, preferably with military relocation of household goods Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements Knowledge of customer service principles and relevant computer applications Proficient with basic computer skills
