We are a growing company and are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role offers a permanent position, with a competitive pay range of $50-$65 per hour. We are actively seeking a dedicated and motivated BCBA to provide clinical oversight for ABA services in home and clinic-based settings. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification with relevant experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams Strong documentation and report-writing skills Bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset! Job Duties: Provide clinical supervision for in-home ABA therapy services Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and update programs as needed Train and supervise ABA technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity in implementing behavior plans Monitor and analyze data to guide treatment adjustments Collaborate with families, providing guidance on best practices and progress updates Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and supervision notes Additional duties as assigned and needed Join us in making a meaningful impact!
