In order to accomplish our goal we pride ourselves on effective and streamlined communication, ongoing mentoring and support, collaboration between our core therapeutic disciplines (BCBAs, assistive tech, intervention specialists, speech, OT, and PT), and providing our professionals with the materials and tools they need to succeed.Position Details for the Board Certified Behavior AnalystClinic hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pmIntensive, early intervention (ages 2-6)Client caseload: Target is around 30 billable hours of consultEssential Accountabilities for the Board Certified Behavior AnalystConduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plansTrain RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and parents regarding client's individualized treatment and behavior plans.Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs, Behavior Technicians and fellowsConsult and collaborate with other involved professionals as needed (i.e., physicians, school districts, and other therapy professionals)Contribute to providing and fostering a safe and positive learning culture for all clients and staffRequirements:Master's degree from an accredited college or university in behavior analysis or related field.An active BCBA certification and be in good standing with the board.Current COBA certification in the State of Ohio.Valid Driver's license.Must be proficient in English; reading, comprehending and understanding the English language.FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire)Clinical experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, autism, child development, and training.Positive and goal oriented, willing to accept the challenge of new assignments and be able to work well with others.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe working practices.Must be able to handle stressful situations.Compatible with company culture and core valuesBenefits for the Board Certified Behavior AnalystMedicalDentalVisionLife InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability Insurance401(K) with a competitive safe harbor match$200 Career Development Stipend with additional opportunities for free CEUsPTO7 paid holidaysOngoing focus on team building and positive employee experience
