Setting: Center Hours: Daytime Hours P ay: Salary $90k-$140k Overview We are seeking a dedicated BCBA, Clinical Director to manage a brand new ABA center for children with autism as we expand into PA. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the center's operations.Our salary offer of $90,000 - $140,000 is commensurate with BCBA's skill set and experience. Duties Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures Ensure compliance with insurance and state regulations and standards Provide leadership and support to ABA providers Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care delivery Requirements License/Certification: BCBA (Required) Behavior Specialist License (LBS) (Required) Proven experience in a Center based ABA therapy for children with autism Strong ability to manage and lead clinical teams effectively About us Flywheel Centers is a small business expanding into Morrisville, PA.
