Our headquarters in Westborough, MA is home to our Store Support Center, Company Warehouse, and Culinary Center. -What We Offer: Competitive Wages Work today, get paid tomorrow through our earned wage access program* Paid Time Off Medical/Health/Dental Coverage 401K with Company Match Team Member Discounts Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Health Savings Account Company Spirit Days Employee recognition and awards And much more! -Position Summary:Responsible for building, maintaining, analyzing, and continuously refining EG America's retail and food planograms and floorplans. -Responsibilities:1. - - - - - - Lead in the deployment and configuration of Blue Yonder solutions software, creating and implementing planograms and floorplans for all retail store locations2. - - - - - - Partner closely with the IT and Project Management teams to integrate Blue Yonder solutions with critical Enterprise systems3. - - - - - - Provide training and support to end-users, including creating documentation and user guides4. - - - - - - Utilize Blue Yonder's analytics and reporting tools to analyze and generate insights and support category decision-making5. - - - - - - Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope6. - - - - - - Responsible for preparing reports, presentations etc. on project plan, scope of work, delivery, and performance of Blue Yonder platform7. - - - - - - Partner continuously with category managers and vendor partners to elevate, upgrade, evaluate, and refine retail and food planograms and floorplans.8. - - - - - - Leverage space and assortment data to increase sales, profit, and space productivity on a monthly basis to meet or beat company budgets9. - - - - - - Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation -Working Relationships:Partnership with category management team, IT team, retail leadership as part of the space planning team Minimum Education: -Associate's degree or higherPreferred Education: -Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum Experience: -2-3 years' experience working within Blue Yonder SoftwarePreferred Experience: -4-6 years proven experience with Blue Yonder Software SolutionsLicenses/Certifications: -Certifications related to Blue Yonder Software and/or supply chain managementSoft Skills/Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong presentation Skills Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships Strong interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Precision of work and accountability for results Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite -Travel: -No travel requiredHours & Conditions: -Typically, Monday-Friday, 8+ hour days in an office setting.Physical Requirements: -Minimal physical effort required, sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. - Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs. - At EG America, it's important that our employees reflect the world we live in and the communities we serve.
