A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist specializing in pipeline development. Key Responsibilities Implement ETL/ELT processes for complex molecular and sequencing data Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for analytics and machine learning Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design systems supporting clinical pipelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, or an advanced degree in a related field Experience with Python and SQL or BigQuery Proficiency in software containers, such as Docker Experience with cloud-based systems, specifically Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with workflow systems like Nextflow or Snakemake
