JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Controller, the Billing Clerk plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Occupational Health division of Medicentres Canada Inc. by managing various invoicing tasks, processing credit card payments, and maintaining up-to-date customer records. The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate efficient billing processes, enhance customer satisfaction through timely and accurate invoicing, and contribute to the overall financial health of Medicentres Canada Inc. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Billing: Generate invoices based on appointments and services rendered, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Create manual invoices for monthly and quarterly DOT customers. Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing in a timely and efficient manner. Process credit card payments through Moneris payment. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
