As we continue to grow our portfolio of homes, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Billing and Credit Manager to provide first class and comprehensive support to our Billing and Credit Control teams on a day-to-day basis, including the Sales Ledger team, the Cash Allocation team and the Credit Control team. Your well organised and friendly nature will ensure your teams confidence in their ability and support them with fulfilling their roles and meeting deadlines. The key responsibilities of the role include: Income Control Reconciliations Compile and forecast cash income Respond to more complex billing and complaints across the team, this includes all Residents, and Home Administration Collation of reporting from your team, and onward submission for inclusion in Group reporting. (Both daily and monthly reporting) Ensure Daily Occupancy reporting is completed Ensure monthly revenue is posted correctly and within the month end timetable. Ensure all cash is posted daily. Ensure invoices are emailed (or print and post where appropriate) to fund sources within agreed deadlines. Maintain files of contracts, billing paperwork, client correspondence and invoice backup Ensure all direct debit submissions are completed Maintenance of Debtor Reports in Cold Harbour Debt Management Liaise with Debt Collectors Ensure that all refunds are done in a timely manner Compiling and review of SOX documentation as required as part of Avery’s financial control matrix (full training will be provided) Please note: This is not intended as an exhaustive description of duties and responsibilities and may be amended following consultation with the jobholder.
