A company is looking for a Registered Bilingual Financial Customer Service Professional. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes Collaborate with a team to support customer inquiries without cold calling or sales Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Associates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience FINRA series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure Fluency in both English and Spanish Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
