A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Mandarin/Cantonese to support disabled California residents in selecting and using specialized communication devices. Key Responsibilities Make calls to customers to address their needs and issues with products or services Assist customers in identifying suitable devices and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions Provide information about CTAP Service Centers and process equipment orders Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must reside in the State of California 6-12 months of previous customer service experience Ability to work weekdays and/or evenings Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese is required
