Position Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: Position Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability. Process and manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery. Verify customer information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered. Work with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell products and services. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (& English) Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with automotive parts and repair industry is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Shift & Hours: Monday – Friday Compensation: $16-$18 / hour based on experience Monthly performance-based incentives Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
