Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Duties: Lead staff and customer performance on various aspects of Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics reporting in accordance with company standards to ensure that weekly deliverables are met in a timely manner. Involved in creating customer centric reports reflecting the progress of customers performance. Design interactive dashboards that leverage data visualization to deliver analysis of key metrics. Lead reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports, ensure process is followed and data integrity standards are met. Lead design and implementation of multiple on-going and new projects encompassing data collection, database management, analyses, and reporting. Educate and provide support for staff and customers including training and standardization of new workflows and analytics. Take a leading role in performing data analyses to recognize patterns, see opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries that lead to better business decision-making and maximize productivity. Collaborate with various departments to determine reporting needs and develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality. Streamline existing processes and introduce enhanced reporting and analytics solutions that leverage large, complex data sets derived from multiple sources. Interpret data, model, and report results and communicate meaningful insights to management. Requirements: This position requires a Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 40hrs/week.
