Miles HR has an excellent contract opportunity for a Benefits Administrator to join a busy Human Resources department, with offices located in New Westminster. If you have a diploma or degree related to this position, strong administrative experience, and an interest in joining a fast-paced HR department, this could be the role for you! This is a 3 month+ contract, with possibility of extension. About The Role: Support the Human Resources department with filing related to employee benefits Data entry into benefits platforms and Excel Organize and manage paperwork and online filing systems Manage multiple competing priorities and tasks Other duties as required About You: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or equal number of years of experience 18 months previous experience as an employee benefits clerk, disability or extended health benefits claims clerk, or similar job, involving dealing with clients in a service and problem-solving capacity.
