Job Overview The Bellman plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for our guests by providing assistance with luggage, guiding guests to their rooms, and ensuring their first and last impressions are positive. As a Bellman, you'll be one of the first faces they see upon arrival and among the last as they leave, so warmth, courtesy, and a sincere desire to serve are imperative. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and helpful attitude. Assist guests with luggage , including loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting to guest rooms. Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain the lobby and front entrance , ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready to greet new guests. Provide transportation locally and assist with transportation arrangements. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with accurate information and efficiency. Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist in handling guest issues or complaints , pass on information to leadership. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Desire to be on the move and proactively assist customers Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage Professional appearance and positive demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license Hospitality experience preferred
