A company is looking for a Utilization Management Behavioral Health Professional 2 to support the coordination and communication of medical services and benefit administration determinations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and communicate with providers and members to facilitate optimal care Interpret criteria, policies, and procedures to determine appropriate treatment and services Make independent decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction Required Qualifications Must reside in Louisiana and perform work within the state 1 or more years of managed care experience Experience utilizing MCG and American Society of Addiction Medicine Criteria Must hold one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAC Available to work a 40-hour week with potential for overtime and on-call rotation
