Position Summary We are seeking individuals with general experience working with children to serve as ABA B ehavior Technicians for our clients in the Los Angeles Area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform behavior training for children in their home (Training Provided). Follow the behavior plan designed by the clinical supervisor. Track the overall progress of the child Aid supervisor in identifying new problem behavior Inform the case supervisor of changes in family dynamics or any parent concerns/questions Inform the supervisor of any changes in the client's schedule. Maintain a professional relationship with the client and their caregivers Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred not required Min age of 18 years old. Negative TB test results and clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting. Provided and paid for by us. Ability to lift 10 lbs. Good communication skills to be able to speak with parents. Reliable transportation and VALID driver's license (Good driving record) Education & Experience Has High School Diploma/GED or higher At least 1 year of experience working with children. Proof of ability to work in USA.
