Our Registered Behavior Technician collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care. Registered Behavior Technician at Blue Bird Day work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success. Registered Behavior Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-530pm Our Registered Behavior Technicians focus on the following interventions: Applied Behavior Science Compassionate Care Behavior Modification and Management Supervision with team of BCBAs Family and Team Collaboration and Education Registered Behavior Technician Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree BACB Credential Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus Our comprehensive benefits support our Registered Behavior Technician ABA team in achieving work-life balance!
