As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. With guidance from a BCBA, you’ll have all the tools to implement tailored behavior plans, collect data, and help families with training. You'll grow quickly with ongoing support from expert staff. Shifts Available Now - Take More Than 1 Assignment to Increase Your Weekly Hours: Schedule Language Experience M-F 5pm-8pm English Exp Required M, Th, Fri 3pm - 6:30pm English Exp Required M-F Flex starting at 3:30pm Bilingual Spanish No Exp Required M-Th 3pm - 6pm English Exp Required M-F 3pm - 6:30pm English Exp Required M,T,TH 2:30pm-4:45pm W 1:30-3:30pm English No Exp Required M-W 3:30pm-8pm Bilingual Spanish No Exp Required What will this opportunity offer you? Competitive compensation starting rate up to $24/hour. Mileage reimbursement (this is a home-based position requiring travel to client's homes).
