The ideal candidate will possess a strong litigation background and demonstrate a keen interest in trial work, focusing on high-stakes bankruptcy and liability management disputes.Duties:Manage and represent clients in complex bankruptcy litigation, including both Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings.Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare legal documents.Draft, review, and file various litigation documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.Take and defend depositions, and represent clients in court hearings and mediations.Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop innovative solutions for clients’ legal challenges.Requirements:6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on bankruptcy law.Proven expertise in handling depositions and evidentiary hearings.Strong legal analysis, writing, and drafting skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the bar of the state where the attorney will practice.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present cases and interact with clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to legal challenges.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple cases.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance.Disability insurance and optional vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
