This role involves representing borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in various U.S. domestic and international banking transactions. The ideal candidate has expertise in multiple areas of finance, strong technical and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.Location:New York, NYDuties:Represent borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in banking transactions.Manage acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance, and other commercial loan transactions.Handle secured transactions and have proficiency with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).Collaborate effectively within a team and engage in complex legal problem-solving.Ensure accurate, clear, and concise communication in both written and oral formats.Requirements:U.S. J.D. degree.Active admission to the New York State Bar.Experience class of 2018 - 2021.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Expertise in U.S. domestic and international banking transactions.Knowledge of acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, and trade finance.Proficiency in secured transactions and familiarity with the UCC.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proactive, team-oriented approach to client service.Benefits:Total compensation may include:Overtime payDiscretionary bonusesAdditional benefits as part of the compensation package This mid-sized New York law firm offers competitive salaries.
