About Us: Industrial Painter is a successful, growing company which specializes in painting commercial and industrial facilities throughout the United States. We are committed to creating intimate customer relationships that distinguish Industrial Painter as a premier business partner for our customers. Position Overview: As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make 100 to 120 dials per day, with the goal of setting 3 to 5 appointments each week. This role requires a self-starter with a hunter mentality who is coachable, possesses excellent listening skills, and can effectively navigate gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers. Please note that this is a 1099 position and is a Hybrid work situation. The first 90 days are in office, then to a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities: Make 100 to 120 outbound calls per day to potential clients using the provided leads. Set 3 to 5 appointments per week through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct company research to understand prospects and tailor your approach. Utilize the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Excel, Word) efficiently to manage tasks and track progress. Communicate with several types of people and personalities, adapting your style to different audiences. Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage your daily tasks and follow-ups. Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights and strategies. Demonstrate a hunter mentality by proactively seeking new opportunities and overcoming challenges. Qualifications: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Coachable and able to adapt strategies to successfully get past gatekeepers. Excellent listening skills to understand and address client needs. Proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up effectively. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving goals. Experience in outbound sales or a similar role is preferred. Salesforce experience and exceptional communication skills are a plus.
