Our team is dedicated to excellence, and we're looking for a motivated Automotive Service Dispatcher to help keep our service operations running smoothly. Position Overview: The Automotive Service Dispatcher is a crucial role that ensures efficient workflow in the service department by coordinating and dispatching repair orders to the appropriate technicians. This role is essential for delivering prompt, high-quality service to our customers and maintaining Raceway Nissan's standard of excellence. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently dispatch service orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and priority Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion and resolve delays Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure all necessary parts and tools are available for repairs Track and document the status of each vehicle and communicate updates to the Service Advisors Balance workload distribution among technicians for maximum efficiency Assist in scheduling and organizing the daily workload to meet customer demand Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to Raceway Nissan's protocols and standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training in automotive repair a plus Proven experience as a service dispatcher, preferably in an automotive dealership environment Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and dealership operations Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership management software (experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK a plus) Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Benefits: Competitive wage structure Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities How to Apply: If you're ready to take your career to the next level and provide exceptional service to Raceway Nissan customers, we encourage you to apply!
