Providing in-depth product knowledge about Kia vehicles and assisting customer in choosing the right vehicle for their lifestyle. Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features and benefits. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow up. Staying informed about Kia products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth sales process. Requirements: Previous Sales Experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet sales targets. Basic knowledge of automotive financing options. Valid driver license. Bilingual a plus Must be able to use smart phone and tablets Available to work flexible hours.
