About the Role: As a BDC Representative (Business Development Center) or Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and driving business success. While prior BDC or inside sales experience is a plus, we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and work ethic. Essential Job Functions: Set and maintain appointments for all customers in our database. Follow up with leads and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Build and nurture relationships with both sold and unsold customers. Complete training courses promptly and stay up to date on product knowledge. Accurately track customer data and performance metrics daily. Maintain excellent communication both through email and phone. Stay motivated and work towards meeting and exceeding goals. Skills and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. One year prior experience in sales, customer service, or BDC is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
