Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of Lockport is looking for a Full Time Automotive Biller to join our team! Overview: Join our team as an Automotive Biller! This role is ideal for experienced billers looking to deepen their expertise or motivated individuals with a foundation in accounting who are eager to learn. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, starting at $19 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Bill retail deals, dealer trades, and wholesales, handling all related accounting tasks. Audit deal paperwork for accuracy, including signatures and VIN verification. Assemble, review, and submit funding packages per lender requirements. Compile reports on all money due from deals, including bank funding, deposits, and rebates. Report vehicle sales to manufacturers and manage rebate submissions. Post vehicle purchases and prepare title work for sold vehicles. Generate daily sales count reports and reconcile month-end statistics. Process vehicle payoffs and manage accounting schedules. Collaborate with sales management regarding transactions. Calculate taxes on deals accurately. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance laws. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: 2+ years of automotive dealership experience preferred. Accounting knowledge is a plus; training is available. Availability for evenings and some Saturdays. High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional appearance and organized workspace.
