AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTING OFFICE Nucar - New Castle, DE $18 - $25 an hour Nucar Auto Group needs two additional staff members in the accounting department due to the recent retirement of two long-term employees. We are dedicated to ensuring a positive growth experience for all employees. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy being part of a team - this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidates will have experience in the automotive dealership industry with some accounting knowledge. Once on board, your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with continued training and opportunities for growth. Here at Nucar, we work as a team. You will be assigned daily duties but will be cross trained in other areas that interest you without limit. These are full-time positions. Pay commensurate with experience. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply: High volume Accounts Payable High volume Accounts Receivable, reconciliation & collections Aftermarket submissions & cancellations Deal Processing and posting Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in accounting or related field a plus Experience in the automotive industry The desire to learn and develop your career Must be flexible with a positive and outgoing attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Google Suite and Reynolds & Reynolds software is advantageous Ability to work within a team and independently with minimal supervision Nucar Delaware is a long-standing leader in the auto industry dedicated to customer service offering a very competitive compensation package to include: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance Employee Referral Bonus Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays & 401k Job Posted by ApplicantPro
