Responsibilities: Provide technical information for the application/installation of Strange Products. Process orders, troubleshoot and resolve product concerns in a timely manner. Recommend and sell racing products. Help with export shipping arrangements and related documentation. Requirements: Automotive Mechanical knowledge. Committed to excellent customer service. Great communication skills. Be detailed and results oriented. Ability to work at a fast-paced environment while prioritizing workload. A strong work ethic. Being a part of one of the best team environments. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. *Please note this position is onsite daily in Morton Grove*
