We offer a full range of services from oil changes to all-make engine repairs to transmission replacements; provided by our vehicle service staff who are dedicated to maintaining a top tier service. We are seeking an experienced 4th or 5th yr apprentice or an Automotive Service Technicians (310S) for full-time, permanent positions as soon as possible and welcome you to join our dynamic team! Are you a minimum 4th yr or 5th yr Apprentice Mechanic or (310S) Mechanic with a valid drivers licence, strong communication skills and are customer-centric focused? Are you looking to lead a team of Apprentices and Technicians and advise, assist and give technical advice where necessary? What will make you a great fit If you are a customer focused and you enjoy solving problems and taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions If you dont know the answer, youll dig for it until you find it If you are patient, level headed and caring and cool under pressure You know how to roll with the changes. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. If you pay attention to small details and stay focused on delivering unique customer experience. Job Description Ensure Apprentices are given proper information to do the job efficiently and correctly and train them to develop their skills When necessary open and/or close facility Ensure notes are left in customer units on status of repairs Ensure Vehicles are taken for road tests when necessary, including verifying of complaints, PDls as required Perform quality control inspections ; which may include road tests Perform repairs and service calls as time permits and work load demands Will keep up-to-date with the most current information, through training and service letters on technological advances from our Dealership Vendors Assist Sales department and Parts department on any technical service need Participates in Service Marketing programs Ensures vehicles are parked in assigned areas. .
