Great hours, closed on Saturdays and Sundays Responsibilities:• The responsibilities of the service advisor include:• Taking incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, greeting customers• Answering emails and leads from our website• Correctly and clearly translating customer requests and needs on the repair order• Advise and sell all recommended repairs and upgrades to customers• Estimating the cost and time required for the service and upgrades• Review all work performed with customer and ensure all paperwork is complete & accurate• Receive and handle customer complaints in a quick and friendly manner to maintain customer satisfaction and retention• Preferred experience with Tekmetric RO software but not required Qualifications: • Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology• Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral• High school diploma or GED is mandatory• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $20 per hour to start About Company: At JE Import, we take our work very seriously.
