The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of auto body repairs on vehicles that have sustained damage. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine necessary repair methods. Perform structural repairs, including frame alignment, panel replacement, and dent removal. Repair and replace damaged parts, including fenders, hoods, doors, and bumpers. Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting. Perform refinishing and painting tasks, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair status and any additional work required. Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role. Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to use specialized equipment, including frame machines, welders, and spray guns. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
