I am currently hiring for a BII/ RBT ABA position at a local school in Manhattan Beach, CA 90266-2478 We are seeking a qualified Behavioral Intervention Implementer (BII) to join our team in supporting the Manhattan Beach Unified School District for the 2024-2025 school year. The BII will provide 1:1 care and classroom support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade , including adult transition students. Key responsibilities include assisting students with behavioral needs, implementing individualized support plans, and helping with toileting support at elementary and middle school levels. Candidates must be comfortable with toileting tasks and will receive training prior to the start of their assignment. This role requires a compassionate, patient individual who is eager to support students with diverse needs in both classroom and independent settings. This is a full-time position offering benefits and 401 K , available on school days, with competitive compensation based on experience. Job Posting: Behavioral Intervention Implementer (BII) Location: Manhattan Beach, CA 90266-2478 Start Date: 10/07/2024 End Date: 06/05/2025 Duration: Full Academic Year Days Per Week: 5 Hours Per Week: 30 Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation: $26.50 per hour Interview Date: 09/30/2024, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to students with behavioral needs. Assist with toileting and personal care for students, particularly at the elementary and middle school levels. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support students' development. Document and report student progress to school staff and administration. Caseload Information: Pre-K through 12th grade and adult transition students. Support students with diverse behavioral needs in both classroom and independent settings. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with school-aged students with behavioral needs in an organizational or learning environment. Education: High school diploma required; college coursework in Child Development, Education, or Social Work is a plus. Certifications: ABA training or related Behavioral Intervention Implementer (BII) certificates are preferred. Additional Information: Candidates should be comfortable with assisting in toileting and personal care duties. All candidates will be provided with training before the start of the assignment. Estimated Annual Salary: $30,810 (based on a $26.50 hourly wage for 30 hours per week over the duration of the assignment).
